Appartement bien placé, près du tram, des épiceries, bars, restaurants, à 15mn à pied de la plage. Appartement simple mais neuf et propre Consignes pour récupérer les clefs bien expliqué. Nous n'avons pas vu l'accueil mais contacts par WhatsApp avec réponses très rapides. Manque ustensiles pour la cuisine comme une petite casserole, prévoir le minimum pour la cuisine (sel et poivre). Pas de balai. Pas de machine à laver. Prévoir une étagère pour ranger les habíts

Pralka i zmywarka w wyposażeniu kuchni. Pokój był w suterenie/ piwnicy budynku. Nie znalazłam tej informacji podczas rezerwacji apartamentu. Informacja o lokalizacji pokoju była podana dopiero w instrukcji dotyczącej zameldowania. Poza tym wyposażenie i standard pokoju zgodny ze zdjęciami.

Wir hatten nichts auszusetzen, die Unterkunft hat unsere Erwartungen erfüllt, wenn nicht sogar übertroffen. Die Lage ist sehr Zentral, mit dem C6 Bus vom Flughafen hat man einen maximal 5/10 min Fußweg. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, wovor wir am meisten Angst hatten. Auch das Personal war sehr nett & hilfsbereit. Da die Unterkunft sehr zentral ist, befindet sich in der Nähe auch ein Supermarkt/Bäcker bei dem man einkaufen gehen kann. Wenn ich nochmal nach Alicante fliegen sollte würde ich definitiv nochmal hier buchen. (Als einziges "Kriterium", wenn überhaupt, kann ich nur den fehlenden Staubsauger erwähnen.). absolut nichts auszusetzen.

Good location, quiet neighbourhood. Easy to find on foot. Safe and secure accomodation. The apartment had plenty of kitchen equipment, fridge and washing machine was a bonus. Quite basic, but generally clean and what you would expect at this pricepoint. Good communion from the host, and good tourist info folder in the room too!. There was a very strong, nasty smell coming from the kitchen bin under the sink. It was very unpleasant and we ended up keeping the sink cupboard shut and using a different bin all together. At the time of booking, it didn't mention there was an additional cost for the rooftop jacuzzi - the listing appeared to include the jacuzzi with the apartment at no additional cost. On arrival we found that it was an extra €40 per HOUR. Extortionate. We felt mislead and it was too late to cancel, the host wasn't too forward in trying to resolve this. Also hot water in the shower is limited, not the end of the world but you just need to allow time in between showers for the hot water.

We liked the location that was near the center and all the restaurants by a 10min walk, also the bed was comfortable, and the area was quiet. We arrived at the location in the morning after 2 days with no sleep and the apartment had the check in at 4 PM written on the booking, I selected the arrival hour early we booked the apartment and also in the day of the arrival I wrote to the owner to let us know if the apartament will be ready earlier then 4 PM so we can go and get some rest. The owner reacted to my message but did not let us know. At 3 PM we decided to go to the apartment and see by ourselves if it is ready because we did not get any clear response and in the booking was written that there is a “reception”. The reception was closed but we met the cleaning lady who told us the apartment was already cleaned and ready for us. No contact from the owner. That was a little bit disappointing ( the fact that the apartment was ready but no one let us know ) Also, in the description when we booked the apartment we understood that there was a jacuzzi included but before the arrival the owner send us a document with details and there was written that you need to pay extra charge to use the jacuzzi ( I think this should be better described for people to know before booking the apartment as we only knew 1 day before arrival ).

Me gustó la ubicación. Buena comunicación de transporte público en un barrio tranquilo sin ruidos a la noche. Echaba en falta un balcón o terraza. El apartamento sólo tenía una cama de matrimonio y preferimos dos camas individuales y juntas. Se duerme mejor.
