excellent apartment with a large terrace. The towels are not changed at least every 2 days, the trash was not taken out in any of the 5 days I stayed, the bathroom door is hard to open and noisy.

Location was good near the city centre and seafront. Comfy bed and clean. It was in the basement. No natural light to speak of. No outside space. Pics suggested this was available. I thought I was booking a one bed apartment but this is a studio. Bed in corner curtained off.

Monolocale un po’ piccola per 4 persone ma accogliente e luminoso, moderno e dotato di quanto può servire per un breve soggiorno. Siamo arrivati prima del previsto e abbiamo chiesto di lasciare i bagagli in attesa del check in: abbiamo atteso come ci hanno chiesto, ma invano. Alla fine siamo stati costretti a girare con gli zaini in spalla per qualche ora.

Dostępność ręczników, suszarki, kapci. Zaopatrzona kuchnia, samodzielne zameldowanie i możliwość pozostawienia bagaży po pobycie. Przemiła obsługa która szybko odpisywała na wiadomości. Cudowny widok na zamek. Strasznie niewygodny materac w sypialni, tak naprawdę 2 dni nie spaliśmy w ogóle bo nie było możliwości. Dodatkowo ściany do odmalowania, olbrzymie zalanie ściany jest w salonie.

La literie était confortable Un lave vaisselle La propreté. Le peu de vaisselle pour remplir le lave vaisselle L eau chaude : pas assez d eau chaude pour 2 douches consécutives ( heureusement que nous n étions que 2 !! ) L.appellation " appartement avec une chambre" était mensongère c était un studio avec un lit dans un renfoncement entouré par un rideau que je n appelle pas une chambre où alors nous n avons pas la même notion de ce qu est une chambre .. On nous a soi disant envoyé une vidéo mais nous n avons pas pu ouvrir le lien bizarre !!???? Quant aux photos associées à l appartement elles montraient une belle terrasse et un jacuzzi mais rien de tout cela avec le studio vu qu on étaient au bas de l immeuble avec comme fenêtres des petites lucatnes donc besoin d allumer la lumière toute la journée..c était très sombre aucune clarté Nous avons envoyé des mails pour signifier tout cela et la dernière réponse nous proposait de profiter d une terrasse dans l hôtel voisin au 3eme étage. il fallait traverser la rue avec ses affaires ses verres bouteilles etc .. pour y prendre une petite collation ( très pratique ) .. On pouvait aussi profiter du jacuzzi à notre guise gratuitement 1h / jour alors que le tarif était de 40€/h mais il ne nous restait que 3 jours et nous avions prévu des excursions donc c est facile de nous " acheter" ainsi !!!!!! Et pas d informations sur l endroit où il se trouvait et comment y aller Et tout cela pour nous demander expressément de laisser une note élevée..c est pas croyable.et on nous a même offert une bouteille de vin rouge d'Espagne.. Je crois que notre insatisfaction est grande et pourtant je réserve très souvent sur Booking et je n ai jamais été déçue c'est la 1ere fois ..
