Our deluxe apartment has 2 floors with a big terrace and your private Jacuzzi! Apartment provides two bedrooms, one with large double bed and another with sofa bed, a living room which can be transformed into a bedroom. On the first floor is located fully equipped kitchen and living room with sofa bed, which can be transformed into a bedroom. On the second floor there two bedrooms and both have access to cozy terrace. A second floor has terrace with Jacuzzi, summer shower, place relax and chill. Apartment is suitable for couples, large groups, families with children and pets. It has a kitchen with everything you need, dishwashing and washing machines, toaster, kettle, bathroom with towels, all toiletries and hairdryer. Plaza Mar 2 Shopping Centre and the Santa Barbara Castle are all under 5 minutes’ drive from our hotel and can be reached in 20 min by foot. It is located 3 minutes' walk from La Rambla, Tram Mercat Central (Tramvia station to all Costa Blanca beaches) and within 15 min walking from Alicante's Port and Postiguet Beach. Apartments are suitable for couples, large groups, families with children and pets. House Rules
- No loud music after 23:00
- No smoking inside
- Please respect neighbors
- Please do not take bathroom towels to the beach
- Fine for the fact that neighbors complain of noise, loud music or garbage - 200 euro
- In accordance with the law we have to take photographs of passports or ID cards of ALL of the guests.
- Do not turn on many electrical appliances at the same time – it can blow a fuse. If it happens, lower all the levers in the electrical panel down, wait about 30 seconds, and lift all the levers up again. When you booking out, do not forget to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and other electrical appliances.
- We are pets friendly (only small dogs). A household deposit with pets is 150 euro, we refund this money after check out, if the furniture, interior, walls, etc. will be in the same condition as when you check in.
- We provide baby bed or baby chair for free if requested
