Our aparthotel in the center of Alicante offers beautiful studio apartments, on the fourth floor, with a private terrace with sun loungers and views of the Santa Barbara fortress, with a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning and Smart TV and excellent Wi-Fi. It is located a 5-minute walk from the Old Town and a 3-minute walk from La Rambla, the Mercat Central tram and a 15-minute walk from Postiguet Beach and the port. There is also a beautiful terrace on the roof of the hotel with sun loungers, tables and chairs and overlooking the Santa Barbara fortress. There is also a jacuzzi on the roof terrace for our guests, which can be booked in advance for an additional fee of 40 € per hour. The apart-hotel does not have an elevator.

Excellent location
The Plaza Mar 2 shopping center and Santa Barbara Castle are just 5 minutes' drive from our hotel and can be reached in 20 minutes on foot. The hotel is located 3 minutes' walk from La Rambla, the Mercat Central tram (Tram station to all Costa Blanca beaches) and 15 minutes' walk from Alicante port and Postiguet beach. The apartments are suitable for couples, families with children and pets. All apartments have a kitchen with everything you need, a dishwasher, a bathroom with towels, all toiletries, a hairdryer. There is also a washing machine and dryer on the ground floor, which can be used by all our guests. There is also a room for storing suitcases

- El centro comercial Plaza Mar 2 y el Castillo de Santa Bárbara se encuentran a sólo 5 minutos en coche de nuestro hotel y se puede llegar a ellos en 20 minutos a pie.
- El hotel está situado a 3 minutos a pie de La Rambla, del tranvía Mercat Central (estación de tranvía a todas las playas de la Costa Blanca) y a 15 minutos a pie del puerto de Alicante y de la playa del Postiguet.
- Los apartamentos son adecuados para parejas, familias con niños y mascotas.
- Todos los apartamentos disponen de cocina con todo lo necesario, lavavajillas, baño con toallas, todos los artículos de tocador y secador de pelo.
- También hay una lavadora y secadora en la planta baja, que pueden ser utilizadas por todos nuestros huéspedes.
