Nuestro apartotel en el centro de Alicante ofrece preciosos apartamentos tipo estudio, en una tercera planta, con cocina totalmente equipada, aire acondicionado, Smart TV y excelente wifi. Se encuentra a 5 minutos a pie del Casco Antiguo y a 3 minutos a pie de La Rambla, del tranvía Mercat Central y a 15 minutos a pie de la playa del Postiguet y del puerto. También hay una hermosa terraza en la azotea del hotel con tumbonas, mesas y sillas y con vistas a la fortaleza de Santa Bárbara. También hay un jacuzzi en la azotea para nuestros huéspedes, que se puede reservar con antelación por un suplemento de 40 € por hora. El apartotel no dispone de ascensor.

The Plaza Mar 2 shopping center and Santa Barbara Castle are just 5 minutes' drive from our hotel and can be reached in 20 minutes on foot. The hotel is located 3 minutes' walk from La Rambla, the Mercat Central tram (Tram station to all Costa Blanca beaches) and 15 minutes' walk from Alicante port and Postiguet beach. The apartments are suitable for couples, families with children and pets. All apartments have a kitchen with everything you need, a dishwasher, a bathroom with towels, all toiletries, a hairdryer. There is also a washing machine and dryer on the ground floor, which can be used by all our guests. There is also a room for storing suitcases

House Rules
- No noise and loud music is prohibited after 23:00
- It is prohibited to take towels from the bathroom to the beach
- Fine if neighbors complain about noise, loud music or litter - 200 euros
- You can order additional cleaning of the apartment for an additional 45 € with a change of bed linen and towels.
- Due to INT law, we are required to take passport or ID photographs of ALL guests.
- You are welcome to visit us with your pets! (small dogs only) If checking in with pets, the deposit is 150 euros, we return this money after check-out, if the furniture, interior, walls, etc. in the same condition as when registered.
- We provide a baby cot or baby chair upon request free of charge
- Smoking is prohibited in the apartments - fine 200 euros
- The fine for lost keys is 150 euros.
